It's known that tupac attended a Drama school in Baltimore, not that this is any conviction of him being gay, but it does show us how he transformed into the 2pac we know. Tupac Shakur was an actor, he could take on any role convincingly.

Pac was able to play his role as an hardcore gangster due to him taking these drama classes. Pac was not always a thug either just look at videos of him in Digital Underground being a bubbly background dancer. His role in Juice is what really transfers him in my opinion, Bishop was a ruthless thug in the movie, I believe once Tupac saw the impact that Bishop had on the black community he decided to take on this new persona and start releasing more hardcore gangster albums.

He was over aggressive ive and overly tough on his exterior. Pac also had a r and sexual assault charge, due to him not knowing how to act as an actual straight man.
